Many extensions in the administration area and in the modules are waiting to be discovered by you:
Extension "My account"
- We have renewed the payment via PayPal, you can now pay via PayPal:
- SEPA
- Giropay
- Sofortüberweisung
- Debit or credit card
credit card. Under My Account -> Invoices you will also find a button to easily pay invoices via PayPal.
Order processing:
- Our Order Data Processing Agreement (AVV / ADV) has been updated and is available under "My Account - Contracts".
Revision of the time clock app for Android:
- The RFID function has been improved. This solves the problem with the enrolment of new employees!
This requires an update to the current version.
Enhancement of reports and project bookings:
- Excel export are now all in XLSX format
- the project report "Employees / Project list" is now in colour and with company logo
- When displaying project times, the last selected period is now displayed
Extension of holiday management:
- In the tasks of the holiday administration, an extended overlap of +/- 14 days is now also checked and displayed.
Extension time recording:
- Automatically booked actual hours can optionally be ignored for subsequently booked times.
Extension admin area:
- The SMTP settings can be tested via a button.
- New page Administration -> Authentication
- Function to delete RFID-IDs stored for all former employees.
Administration -> Company - Time registration (top right) - Function to create demo employees
Administration -> Company -> General (top right) - The list of employees within a profile can now be filtered (active, resigned, all)
- Personio connection extended (delete all absences of a year in Personio)

Short reminder:
We are ending support for the use of SaaS.de via IE 11. This means that our cloud solution SaaS.de will no longer be supported on IE 11 from 31/08/2021.
