We know that getting started with new software can often be a big challenge - an unfamiliar environment, new functions and the worry of entering or using something incorrectly.
It is important to us that you do not have this feeling with SaaS.de. That's why we offer our testers the opportunity to receive free support when setting up their test account for the first time. This way you can lay a solid foundation for your test right from the start.
Your free support:
- In the first year, you receive up to 3 hours of free support.
- From the second year onwards, up to 2 hours of support are available to you free of charge.
Additional support can be booked on request. We will be happy to make you an offer.
