Synchronised planning of absences & shifts in the SaaS.de calendar

Shifts and absences can be displayed together in the personal or team-related SaaS.de holiday calendar if the shift and holiday module is activated.
Both modules can be subscribed to separately as a calendar, e.g. in Outlook or Google Calendar.

Substitutions that have already been allocated are marked with an hourglass symbol in the calendar overview. This provides an overview, prevents double assignments and ensures clear, reliable shift planning - even in the event of last-minute changes.

However, if a person who is on holiday is accidentally scheduled, the system automatically issues a warning and asks whether the assignment should actually be made.
