Due to a domain change, yesterday's update 23.07.01 of the time recording app for Android caused problems with the saved login on some devices.
We have provided a new version for updating the app on Google. This update will be rolled out to you by Google and should be available in the course of the day.
If the update is not yet available for you, we have the following workaround for you:
(only necessary for app version 23.07.01)
- Open the general settings on your Android device and go to the app settings.
- Clear the cache and memory of the SaaS.de app
- A new login is then required. Our update has changed the server URL to app.saas.de. So enter the server URL https://app.saas.de in the corresponding field in the login area.
You should then be able to use the app again as usual.
