- Employee rights and well-being: Further training opportunities are to be expanded by 50% by 2027. Annual feedback meetings and employee satisfaction surveys are standard.
- Company success and jobs: By 2026, turnover is to be increased by 20% and at least one new business area is to be developed through participation in projects such as DiNa and the CO2 Challenge.
Support for local projects
