On 17 October, we will be optimising the configuration of our new servers to make the platform more stable and faster in the long term.
maintenance window, 17 October: 09:00 – 13:00
What to expect
There maybe temporary downtime during the maintenance window. The system may be unavailable or only partially available during this time.
Recommendation: Where possible, carry out important tasks before 09:00 or after 13:00.
Why we’re optimising
The new servers will have been running for two weeks by then. The remaining services on the old servers will be completely deactivated, and the configuration of the new servers will be further optimised and fine-tuned. This will lay the foundations for a more reliable and faster platform – even beyond 17 October.
We thank you for your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.
