- Product responsibility: By 2026, the entire value chain is to be reviewed, and by 2030, 100 per cent sustainable hardware is to be used. By 2027, software solutions are to be developed that consume 30 per cent less energy.
- Employee rights and wellbeing: Training opportunities are to be expanded by 50 per cent by 2027. Annual feedback reviews and employee satisfaction surveys are standard practice.
- Business success and jobs: By 2026, turnover is to be increased by 20 per cent and at least one new business area is to be developed through participation in projects such as DiNa and the CO₂ Challenge.
Support for local projects
