How to attract new trainees

To attract new trainees, you should consider the following aspects:

  • Traditional ways: Publish your job adverts on the websites of the relevant chambers or employment agencies and take part in training fairs. One example of this is the Apprentice Speed Dating, which will take place on 18 March 2025 in Mosbach, where we will be presenting our company.   • New trends: Create regular publications on your company's social media pages to provide information about apprenticeships. You should also offer a digital application option. Entering the world of work

To welcome your new trainees, you should consider the following points:
